Are you struggling to maintain a positive outlook? Sometimes all we need is a little kind structure to help us regain our focus on nourishing ourselves.

During the first lockdown, we wanted to help people keep a focus on their wellbeing so we published a weekly timetable of online activities and events to offer a structure for people to follow and take better care of themselves.

All the original timetables are available in our archive (link to hidden page?), but we encourage you to create your own Kindful Mental Wellbeing Timetable, where you do at least one thing to nourish your wellbeing every day of the week – here’s an idea of what it might look like:
